PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The controller uses a strict opt-in system for email subscriptions, meaning that we only send emails if you explicitly agree to receive them – based on your clear and unambiguous consent (in accordance with GDPR).

The data you provide via the contact form on the website is required so that we can respond to your inquiry. We do not process your data for other purposes and do not share it with third parties. Before selecting the confirmation checkbox, you must explicitly consent to our privacy policy.

By completing and confirming the web form, you provide the controller with the following contact data:

  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

The contact data you provide via the web form is used exclusively for informing you about updates and for personalizing notifications (connection with platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, AdWords…), if you have given such consent.

You give consent for the processing of personal data by ticking the checkbox on the web form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a request via email to the controller. Upon withdrawal, your personal data will no longer be used for notifications. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose (sending notifications). Data obtained based on consent is stored until revoked. Where legislation prescribes mandatory retention periods, data is deleted after the legally required period expires.
